The SCAM is generally as follows:

The owner of Media arranges for letters to be written by staff. Typically then all of the "distance-scams scenarios" may be run--all actually committed by Medeia staff. The girls only get involved if the man makes an actual visit to Lugansk and then they cooperate with the Agency in perpetrating the HIGH-ROLLER Scam Scenario. Reportedly, the Medeia girls meet the marks under a closely supervised visit, usually including a shopping spree, fine dining, gifts, etc. and eventually escort the man back to the airport at the time of his departure. No unsupervised visitation is allowed and usually the marks do not meet the girl's family and non-agency friends--something you would expect in a real relationship. It is unclear whether any physical intimacy is permitted at all but all reports have suggested that the marks never had such personal time or stayed the night with any of the ladies. (But there may have been some exceptions.)
