These scammers are part of the "Quest Way" Agency from Lugansk, Ukraine. The person behind the Agency is/was: LUDMILLA KOVGANOVA probably the same person as "Ludmilla Bondar" and perhaps aka "Irina Knyazeva," "Irina Mikhailova" or "Svetlana Ponomarenko".

The telephone of the agency (sometimes given by the girls as their "sister's phone" or number at work) is: 380642344029

The address given is Sovetskaya Str. 48, Office 413, Lugansk, 91022 Ukraine and appears to be same location as the "DISCOVERY" Agency

Email addresses used include: questwayua@mail.dsip.net and "name"@bonbon.net or use of the Yandex mail service.

Note:The most usual scam being run is the Visa Scenario! This means that you will likely get very personalized attention. Ludmilla/the girls will bend over backwards to convince you of their genuineness including taking individual requested photos for you, speaking on the phone, etc.

The test comes in their ultimate pitch and misstatement of facts pertaining to Visas and the possibility of coming to you. If you are going to Lugansk try and meet them in person instead (most likely you will not be able to).

It must be assumed that these girls are cooperating with/working for Ludmilla until the facts prove otherwise.

It is now believed that there is a strong probability of a connection with the Slavonic Beauty Scam Ring
