if it were an honest agency its okay.
However, in our experience there are some agencies that are entirely
fradulent and we remove any lady who permits her profile to be listed
there
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
if the lady proves to be unavailable or the address or
telephone provided is not accurate, replacement profile at no charge
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
yes
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
on report we suspend the lady immediately pending
investigation. if it proves to be true the lady is permanently
ineligible
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
We advise both sides, although each is free to make their own
decisions. We are a marriage agency and we only support activities
leading to a long term relationship/marriage.
