6. Please indicate which of the following services you offer and indicate the costs if any associated with the type of service:
Translation,Interpretation,Visa,Travel,Housing,Other
7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
We advertise in the local newspapers, broadcasts,
radio, etc. to attract women. We accept ONLY women who personally visit
us and check passports. The most important conditiona for women is: they
must inform us about changing their status, intentions as to marrying a
foreign man, etc. so that we can immediately remove profiles of women
who are not available any more, i.e. keep our database updated DAILY.
8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?
we or our associates do meet the majority
of our clients personally prior posting their profiles online.
9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?
Yes
10. Do you sell the addresses of your profiled-clients?
Yes
11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?
No
12. Do you censor or monitor or modify in any way the
communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?
No
13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
As I mentioned before we check their passports to verify
their birthdates, addresses, marital status (believe or not, but every
10th woman who asked to join us is ... married :)! Of course we accept
ONLY unmarried women.
14. How often do you update this information?
As soon as a certain lady informs us about changes of her
intentions and except this we call to all our clients asking if they
didn't forget to provide us any important info about their status. We do
it to "Catch" those women who "forgot" to call us. We do a total
"cleaning" of our database twice a year.
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
We do this immediately, but changes on the sites
come at 0:00 of the Eastern American time (normally a few hours later of
removing profile).
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Of course! It is what we ASK our clients to
do! It takes a few minutes after a profiled client asks us to
remove/update information in her profile.
17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
No... We think that we DO NOT have a right to command with
our ladies (for example, to stay ONLY with us). They do what they find
it to be most appropriate for tem. If they want to join any other agency
we are not able to stop them.
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
I would get sad and sorry that our work
didn't satisfy a lady. That's all. I am not her commander to require her
to be removed from where she desidede to list herself.
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
We don't charge women at all. Only men pay for our
services. We guarantee that ALL our ladies are for real and ALL
addresses are real as well. However, if so happened that any lady didn't
inform us about changing her address and a man claims that his mailing
letter wasn't received by our lady we first contact her immediately if
she really moved to a new place, get her new address, update it in the
database and send to a client. If he is not willing to accept this, we
provide any other address. If he is not willing to get a new address we
refund him. Honestly, it happens very rarely, actually I don't remember
WHEN it happened for the last time.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
We try to solve all problems as soon as we can and
to satusfy a client. No special procedures are involved...
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
First of all: I know all my clients in person.
Sometimes I feel that this or that lady is a kind of "risky" person. I
mean that I am NOT sure in her moral qualities, but of course we cannot
blaim any one unless we know any true facts. So, I just watch more
attentively for this lady. Except this my translators are warned that
any ask for money in ladies' letters has to be paid attention at. If
there is any ask for money at the letter that we translate we stop
working on it and I call to a lady t0o explain once again that we are
here to help them to get married, but NOT for helping them to provide
living. Normally girls ask us to remove the sentances where they ask for
money. I would like to hope that they also feel ashamed after our
conversation! So, if I get know that one or another lady had defrauded
some one for money I would first meet her in person immediately to,
provide a kind of investigation. Believe or not, but men sometimes lie
as well (there !vare MANY facts of this, but I wouldn't take your time telling all that
stories here). Being a not bad psychologist I would find out during our
conversation if a lady really could do this. If my suspicions confirm I
remove her immediately.
There was only one story like this happened. One of my clients got
listed in the black list. I called her to the office and showed that
page. "What does it mean"? As it was cleared, she gave her data to any
other agency and that agency wrote letters for her. They asked man for
money to cover corresponding expenses. A lady had no idea about that. I
considered that I have to remove her profile anyway. Why? Because I
think that a girl who allows any one write letters for her is a kind of
scammer anyway, even if she is not bad person herself... Unfortunately
it gets very common now that agencies offer this kind of services (I
read this kind of advert in the local newspaper!): "We place your
profile into 25 sites, we'll correspoind for you..." etc. It is a real
shame for my view.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
It is my firm belief that we are here TO HELP TWO PEOPLE TO FIND
EACH OTHER AND TO COMMUNICATE. No other roles. The less our role is the
better.
