ProfileAcquisition: We give our clients different kinds of services:
from delivery
letters and translations of the letter to the organizations of
meeting in our country and other countries of the world, visa
assistance(including Fiancée visa).
We teach English, organize computer and driving courses,
deliver presents to our ladies, make the check of the personality
of the girls in Lugansk region if we are asked to.
We have experienced successful meetings though people were from
different
countries, with different cultures, customs and languages.
7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
For attracting girls to our agency we give wide advertisements in the
mass media including local newspapers and radio broadcast. Every girl
who comes to our agency meets with psychologist who speaks about her
intentions, about her wishes ion the search of the right person. Then
after the personal talk with psychologist
the girl is given three tests for studying her dominant features of
character. Besides we ask the girls to come with the passport where we
check and write in our information base her place of living, marriage
situation and children. After checking the psychologists test we ask
the girl to come to the office on the next day and work with her
making profile. If the psychologist of
the agency notices that the girl is interested only in money then we
refuse her in our services, we explain the girls that they can't ask
money from men as they don't have any expenses, all the services are
free of charge for the girls. The girl has free of charge photographer
and also the manager of the agency works on making the profile.
Besides the girls who are already in the agency and found serious
men here invite their friends. In the nearest time we plan to begin the
advertisements in Lugansk region too for attracting more clients to our
agency.
8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?
Our agency Gloria always conduct the interview with the girls in
personal meeting. We don't make profiles on the telephone because the
personal meeting is very important for us. Besides on every Tuesday we
have time (three hours) when the director organize meetings for the
girls and they can ask all the questions they are interested in as for
the work of the agency.
9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?

11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?

communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?

13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
As we told before all this information (birth date, the
place of living, marital status we check on the firs day of the meeting with
the lady who is interested to become our client. We don't take in our
ranges the girls who don't give us this identification. Besides we
are interested if the girl was in another agency before and if she is
in another agency now, if yes, then we put as the necessary condition to
strop any relations with other agencies if they become our clients.
14. How often do you update this information?
We update the information about the girl in the range of
necessity, we contact her and ask if the information she gave us is
still the same. If some changes took place we ask to inform it to us.
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
We don't need much time to do it. During the hour
the computer operator delete the profile of the girl
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Yes, within an hour if the removal takes place
and modification takes three hours.
17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
Yes, we have some clients who do not advertise themselves
anywhere else. A major part of our clients can be found only on our
associates' webpage
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
We discuss at once if the girl uses the services of our
agency she can't contact with other agencies. We explain her that this
helps to avoid a lot of misunderstandings which can be aroused if her
profile is advertised in several agencies at once. But unfortunately we
can'tguarantee that the lady uses only our services.
ResponsetoMultipleListing: If such situation happens than we will invite
the girl to our agency
and have talk with her. We will get to know what had caused her
visiting several agencies at once. We offer her to make her choice
either on our agency or in another one. But if she continues to visit
several agencies we will stop her correspondence and inform the man she
was corresponding with the new address she can reached. If the man
wants to corresponds with this girl through another agency and still
has money on his account in our agency, we will give money either to
another agency or will send him back.
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
If the man asks to send money back according to some
reasons we will
obligatory send him his money and of course we will find our the
reason of his unwillingness to contact our agency any more. But in
any case we hope that we will find the common language with every
client.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
Our post-manager communicate with the clients always
and besides we
offer to write propositions and complaints in our site ad for our
work. If we have some problems with our client we decided them at
once.
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
We would delete the profile at once, though we
think that our clients
will not defraud the men as we tell them at once that we will not
translate the places in the letters where they will ask for money.
As we have already told all the services are free of charge for the
ladies.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
We set friendly relations with every side, our task is to make
both
sides happy. We are very glad to see when our work gives the results,
we are very happy when new families are born with our help.
We cooperate with our American partner who is also helps American men
to meet lady. We are interested in our clients from America because we
feel the responsibility for the fate of our Ukrainian girl. We also
ask contact information (address, telephone, e-mail), so that we can
communicate with her and get to know how her life is. We will be
happy to help men and lady to avoid the loneliness of the heart!!!
