7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
By 2-3 reliable agencies from Belarus, and own ads in Russian newspapers. Free ads and homepages for ladies. I have currently over 1000 profiles in the database - every lady with her own home page.

communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?

13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
Yes, but I leave it mostly up to the corresponding agencies. I scan the blacklist sites for scams.
14. How often do you update this information?
As often as I can - new photos/info.
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
1 minute.
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Yes - 1-2 minutes.
17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
That depends - some of the ladies have only mail addresses.
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
I would not take her out. She has full right to do that, but I will mention it to men contacting her.
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
If the address is no good or the contact is not acceptable, I will take her out and give some new addresses to the man in return. I will also accept to give money back.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
I deal with every male client personally.
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
I always warn the men not to send any money whatsoever, and I encourage the males to have the first meeting abroad arranged by Onyks (in Moscow, we had several good meetings there), or by one of our cooperating agencies.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
I start the process by resending first letters for free. There is no additional costs other than address price.
