Girls read local advertisements or hear about our
office through word of mouth. They then schedule an appointment in our
office.
8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?
Yes
9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?

10. Do you sell the addresses of your profiled-clients?

11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?

12. Do you censor or monitor or modify in any way the
communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?
Yes (Author's Note: Although censorship is generally a bad thing, I believe what is meant by the response and according to the information on the Agency's website is that the Agency forbids the lady clients from asking for money. I do not know if the Agency intended to mean that they censor particular language or forbids intimate communication?)
13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
They are interviewed and complete a questionaire (that
includes biographic information. Russian Passport information (which
contains, among other details, name, birthdate, marriages/divorces,
children and address) is collected and copied. Contact information (e.g.
telephone numbers) are verified. Digital photographs are then taken of
the client here in our offices.
14. How often do you update this information?
Contact information is updated every week (or more often).
Passport information every month.
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
Within one business day of being notified we remove
all women who are no longer our clients - for whatever the reason (e.g.
engaged, not interested, etc.)
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
yes... clients can request modifications for
any reason. Such modifications are again performed within one business
day.
17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
Yes. However we still do not know how to control those
agencies who can copy our photos!
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
By definition the client has a contract with
our agency therefore any other listing would be fraudulent. We would
take any/all steps under whatever jurisdiction covers the "other agency"
to not only remove our "client" but also to review this agency as a
"SCAM".
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
At this time, due to credit card processor restrictions,
we can not refund a credit card directly. However we will make every
effort to provide other services in kind in lieu of customer complaint.
We hope, in the future, to institute a 100% guarantee to our clients -
full refund, no questions asked.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
Yes. Our mailboxs imcbryansk@imc.bryansk.ru and imcbryansk@yahoo.com are checked a minimum of 5 time per business day. The general manager of the company (in Russia_ reads any/all comments, complaints, criticisms that may arise. Such comments are then immediately addressed either directly by the office in Russia or in concert with our American office.
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
As is CLEARLY posted on our website, we have NO
TOLERANCE TO SCAM. Permit me to quote from our site – No tolerance to
those women whose true intent is to ask for or acquire money – all
letters go through our office and this is strictly monitored. ANY woman
who attempts to ask for money will be immediately removed from our site
AND reported to local FSB (federal police agency who works with Interpol
and the ARE after such women) AND to antiscam organizations upon the
Internet. We will do this BEFORE she causes harm to our clients.
IN OTHER WORDS, SHE WILL NEVER DEFRAUD A CLIENT, WHILE THIS MAN IS A
CLIENT!!!!!
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
1) We provide a meeting service for those individuals (of any
country) who may wish to contact a woman in the city or region of
Bryansk, Russia
2) Interested women join our service and pay small monthly dues. They
endure a rather rigorous questionnaire, interview, general scrutiny - as
we do a) not want scammers! b) only want those women who are serious
about writing and wish to have a meaningful relationship
3) We monitor all inbound correspondence to ensure that they not lewd
or distasteful. As we physically type all outbound correspondence we
therefore ensure that no monetary requests are made or insinuated. We
perform translation services and forwarding (ensuring our women clients
receive their letters)
4) We give FREE advice to our clients (both male/female) regarding
meeting, visa services, etc. (I have personal experience in these
matters)
5) We CAN provide transportation, accomodation, translation to those
who visit - our fees (in comparison to other agencies) are REASONABLE.
Yes, we will make a profit but we do not use our foreign clients as so
many other agencies do!!!
6) We provide a gift delivery service (e.g. flowers, discs, stuffed
animals, etc.) at reasonable prices and include FREE digital photos of
the lady receiving her gifts for the man who has ordered them
7) We provide FREE contact information (email, telephone, etc.) at such
time when BOTH PARTIES wish to pursue their relationship outside of the
agency. However, we can not control nor guarantee the situation at such
time.
