7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
Most ladies come to our service based on referals
from other ladies. Occasionally advertisments are postel locally in
Izhevsk (The location of our Russian office) at colleges, universities,
etc. But not often.
8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?

9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?
Yes
10. Do you sell the addresses of your profiled-clients?
No
11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?
No
12. Do you censor or monitor or modify in any way the
communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?
No
13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
All ladies muct come into our office personally to submit
their profile information/photos. At that time they are interviewed and
their passport is checked to confirm their age, marriage status, etc.
Also, only current photos are accepted that depict the way the lady
actually looks. If photos are old or the ladies appearance has changed
we will not accept them. If necessary we will take photos of the lady
for her. Ladies also come into our office to receive/send their
correspondence. This allows us to get to know the ladies and their
character. If anyone gets the idea that a lady has the wrong motive or
reason for using our service or appears to be a "Visa Hunter", she is
immediately removed from the website.
14. How often do you update this information?
Whenever necessary
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
Normally the same day or the next day
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Yes, Changes are normally made the same day

17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
No but probably 99% or more of the ladies are listed only
with our service.
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?

wouldn't bother me. As long as she wasn't doing anything inappropriate.
Many services run "blind" ads in newspapers to generate ladies for their
service. Even though I don't approve of this method of finding ladies I
can understand ladies wanting to receive as much exposure as possible to
find their future husband.
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
If a client wishes to close their account or stop using
our service then a full refund of any balance in their account by the
same means the money was paid. Normally by issuing a credit back to the
credit card they used.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
All complaints are taken seriously and investigated
by myself and the manager of our Izhevsk office. Results of the
investigation are promptly reported to the client. We really have very
few complaints but the ones we have had were all resolved. Actually
complaints can be a good source of informatio as to how to improve your
service.
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
Our policy is to not let any ladies ask for money
or "financial aid" from men. At least in their correspondence. We also
recommend that men not send money to ladies unless they have met in
person and are engaged or in the process of applying for a visa for the
lady. In spite of this some men send money to ladies anyway. Normally by
Western Union. If we did receive a complaint about a lady defrauding
someone of money we would investigate it the same as any other
complaint. And if the complaint was trur or justified the lady would be
removed from the website and banned from using our service in the
future. We would also attempt to recover any money possibly and get it
back to the man but this would probably be difficult.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
We are the "Liaison" between our clients and the ladies we
represent. We play a very active role in the relatioinhip since it is us
who deal with the ladies and our male clients on a daily basis. In
addition to allowing people to initially meet we also wear many other
hats. Counselor, advisor, mediator, etc. We pride ourselves on providing
personal service to our clients as much as possible. Our involvment also
doesn't necessarly stop after a person becomes engaged and marries.
Problems crop up from time to time after a couple is together. If asked
we will do whatever is possible to help them resolve any problems they
might have. I keep in contact with many of our clients after our
"official" services are needed, either by phone, e-mail or both. Quite a
number of couples have visited us and become our friends.
It is not part of your form or questionaire but I would like to say that
in reality we have had far more problems with the men that use our
servife than the ladies. We keep close track of the ladies we represent
by meeting them in person and having frequent contact with them but
unfortunately it is impossible to maintain such quality control over the
men that write to the ladies. There are a lot of "less than honourable"
people with computers and access to teh internet. Unfortunately many are
not who/what they present themselves as. I wish that there was an easy
and inexpensive way to have the quality control over the men who use our
service as the ladies. Because of some unfortunate situations ladies
have found themselves in after moving to be with a man, all ladies, at
least ones that come to the US, are given my home address and phone
number, my office address and phone number, my cell number, and pager
number. I can be contacted 24 hours a day if necessary. And if necessary I will get a lady out of a bad situation. Sorry to make that so long
but I though it was an important thing to add.
