SinglesCrowd offers a free trial period for all users
before becoming a Gold member, this is done in order to allow ALL
members the ability to view and see how the site works in its entirety
before joining as a Gold member. Unless there is an error in the
operation of this our program or process SInglesCrowd has a no refund
policy after services have been used in the same way that any
organisation has, unless the goods are defective in any way. If you feel
that your services have been defective in any way please contact
payments@singlescrowd.com, with the reasons for your refund plus a copy
of your user registration details and Transaction id Number or Payment
invoice, without this we will be unable to help.
The user registration details and the invoice are sent to the user upon
joining SinglesCrowd. When payment is made to SinglesCrowd by credit
card, SinglesCrowd will refund in full any payments to the Users credit
card. All refunds will be made within 30 days of the user’s
application.
