7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
Girls we are getting through advertisement in local newspapers and some mouth to mouth publicity from girls who are already with us!! we spend around 2 hours to interview 1 girl, to know here intentions and what she expect from the agency and the man she wants to meet!! if we find out that she is only interested in money, we will not accept her profile!! if somebody send money to the girl we WILL NOT take a percentage from this money like most agencies do and we will not accept that a girl is asking too many times for money without some eligible reason in other words if there is a good reason we will allow it but we will try to prove to the man in question what is the reason !!! (example: if somebody in hospital we will send someone to ask doctor together with girl for a not from doctor that this person is in hospital!!!) we will try also to give proof by photo if people ask us for, but this in the reasonable way!! don't ask us for a picture with th! e girl naked with her bouquet of flowers, the man presented?? Male clients we get trough advertisement in all search engines of the world, some publicity with a few girls to dating sites but note that in every description is noted that this is a girl represented by SWANS Marriage Agency from Lugansk, Ukraine and that we try to put the url in the description too what sometimes gives strange things as worlwideweb swansagency dot leasat point net but so people find the way to our website sometimes we are trying to put the url in the picture of the girl but this got us kicked out in Udate.com and kiss.com
8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?

9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?

10. Do you sell the addresses of your profiled-clients?

11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?

12. Do you censor or monitor or modify in any way the
communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?

13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
All girls have their passport number listed on their profiles page next to their names, in this their birth date is mentioned and their marital status too!! about work history they just write this in the enquete [application?] because it is very difficult to control because people here have some working book but this is not always kept up to date and many people are working without contract or whatever!!
14. How often do you update this information?
whenever we got the info from the girl, we are in contact by phone with most of the girls and ask from time to time if something changed!!
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
within 3 hours, i do everything myself so there is no fancy website just a home build one!!
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Yes, within a few hours.
17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
We try to and we ask our girls to only work through us, but we can not guarantee this!!
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
we would interrogate the girl in question and ask her too stop the cooperation through other agencies!! if she doesn't cooperate with this we will remove her profile from our agency and provide man who are corresponding with this girl the new address where she can be reached!! money what is left on the man's account will be send back to the man on his request or given to the girl on his request to correspond further with him trough another agency or system!!
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
we hope we will never have to refund somebody because we want to be 100% clear about all our services and girls , if needed we will try to find a reasonable solution for both parties!!
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
we have good relationships with local police and will not allow to bring us or our clients in a bad light, so we will file complaint with the appropriate institutions if necessary!!
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
we would file complaint inmediately but normally we will try to avoid this by controlling all our girls in what they send to our cients!! see above
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
We want to put our hearts and souls into it to make both parties happy!! we will control all our girl and vice versa we will try to find out trough internet detectives if our clients are to be trusted !! we don't want our girls to end up in prostitution our slave market too!!! we are busy making an advise page so that man will know what to expect from an Ukrainian girl and we also inform our girls about the [types] of men according to their countries (i have been travelling around the world and know how life is in many countries!!!)
