7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
We regulary post our advertisements in local
newspapers and in the UA date boards, especially Lugansk boards. Very
often our clients get their friends to us. That's all.
8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?
Yes
9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?
Yes
10. Do you sell the addresses of your profiled-clients?

11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?
No
12. Do you censor or monitor or modify in any way the
communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?

13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
Yes, of course, we verify all the incoming information. For
example, we require passports, diplomas and some other documents.
14. How often do you update this information?
As quickly as it changes - approximately 1 time in a month.
15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
It takes about 1 hour to remove such correspondents.
We try to make it immediately.
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Yes, the client can change the profile as
often as it is nessessary. It takes about 24 hours.
17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
Properly speaking, it's very difficult to guarantee this, but
we do our best to make all our profiles exclusive!
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
We'll talk to the client about this. If we
found/suggest the client is a scammer - the profile will be removed
immediately and such a person will be listed as a scammer. Our
reputation must be clear.
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
This chapter is under constraction for some weeks. We want
to make a real powerful refund system and try to provide this system
with real money funds.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
Yes, our clients may write a letter to our Support
Team (service@tender-beauty.com) or to our Admin
(admin@tender-beauty.com) and the will get answer as soon as possible.
(approx. 12-24 hours).
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
As I wrote above, such client's profile will be
removed immediately and such a person will be listed as a scammer. Our
reputation must be clear.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
I'd say that our aim is to make Lugansk clear for all the foreign
correspondent-clients. Our city has a very big potential of women's
beauty. And we really want to do our best to make happy as many ladies
af all ages, as it possible.
