they come to our Ukranian office personally providing the neccessary paperwork to prove that they are elligable to register with our agency

when they inform us.
16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?

Yes.
18. How would you respond if you found out one of your
profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
this is not of our business.

Yes.
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
she would be removed immediately from the site and questioned over her action.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
we have no part in their relationship, although advice on cultural differences etc., can be give to the male client at his request as well as to women.
