7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
Our agency is located in Vinnitsa, Ukraine and we
are working with our local women from Vinnitsa or Vinnitsa region. We
regularly advertise in local newspapers and after seeing our ads women
some to our office. Some women join our agency on other women
recommendations. Women correspond with men untill they meet each other
only through our agency. We have our anti-scam policy that prohibits
women to contact men directly untill have have a personal meeting. After
people saw each other they can have direct contact. This helps us to
avoid and minimize scam amoung our women.

13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the
information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
We ask for the passport, sign contracts with our clients. We
can also make background checks if this is required.

profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
We cooperate with some agencies and send them
profiles, but not all. It is difficult to fight, but sometimes other
sites get our profiles from our parthners. If we find out the agency, we
stop working with it or we get a new agreements that covers our
interestes.
19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
Yes, if a man has money on his account and he no longer
interested in corresponding with the lady or using our services, we may
send him a refund in the form of a check.
20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
We have not had complains for a long time.
21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
We would simply remove her from the internet and
from the sites of the agencies we cooperate with. I have good experience
in the fraud and many women know about our anti scam rules. So, women
that want to make money on men simply looking for other agencies to
join.
22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the
relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
I and my staff help people to contact each other, to improve their
communication, understanding. We try to help them to create better
relationships, try to support and give them information about cultural
differences. In the conflict situations we try to explain people the
situation because in most cases this happens because of some caltural
differences.
