Varies upon client and services being used. We try to provide these free to our Marriage Quest Clients.

Varies upon client and services being used. We try to provide these free to our Marriage Quest Clients.

To Ukraine handled through Encore travel (unless they wish to do it themselves).
To US handled by John Roth Esq. (unless they wish to do it themselves).

We tailor every trip per client. We do not do any sort of group trips. Everything we do is one on one. 15 day trip is $1300.

g. Housing assistance

$60 per day.

h. Language lessons

Quite inexpensive fort the ladies We normally do this for the approx. 90 days the woman is waiting for her visa to be processed.

i. Other services:

We can do just about anything. We have local managers who work only for us.

We have had client with Cerebral Palsy, blind, restricted to wheel chairs.

We have serviced high profile clients needing special services.

Many client have been there multiple times and need very little assistance.

7. Without divulging any trade secrets, please describe how you acquire your profiles or clients?
Word of mouth.

8. Do you or your staff meet the profiled-clients in person prior to posting their profile?
EVERY ONE to verify the photo and basic info.

9. Do you conduct an interview in person or by telephone with the profiled-client?
Generally face to face. However, we do have some ladies that are interviewed by "sub managers" in different smaller towns.

10. Do you sell the addresses of your profiled-clients?
Yes.

11. Do you prohibit your profiled-clients from providing their home addresses or telephone numbers to their foreign correspondents?
No

12. Do you censor or monitor or modify in any way the communications between the profiled-clients and their foreign correspondents?
No. We do ask for feedback if anything sounds "fishy", and offer suggestion to clients of how to best write their letters.

13. What steps did you take to verify the accuracy of the information provided to you by the profiled-clients? For example, do you ask for proof of birth date, education, marital history, familial history or work experience and if so what is required?
Addresses are checked at random each week by assigned managers. Updates are sent to the home office and updates are made on the site each week. Women are added, deleted, and/or put on hold.

14. How often do you update this information?
Weekly

15. Approximately, how long does it take to remove profiled-correspondents that get engaged or married?
We delete the data from our data base immediately. If there is no rush, we jut wait until we update on Fridays to update the site.

16. Can a profiled-client request removal or modification of her profile and how long does this take to comply with such a request?
Again, it will be almost immediate in our local data base. However,change do ot appear on the site until Fridays when we update.

17. Do you have exclusive profiles? In other words can the profiled client ONLY be found or contacted at your agency?
We try. However, the truth is this is IMPOSSIBLE to regulate.

18. How would you respond if you found out one of your profiled-clients was listed at another or a number of other agencies?
We generally just delete her.

19. Do you have a refund policy and if so please describe it?
Simple, if a letter is returned we ask the client to send u a copy of the returned mail. They are immediately issued a credit for a free address. If we cannot correct the information within 24 hours, the client is issued an additional credit for his time and postage.

20. Do you have formal procedures for addressing complaints from your clients?
We simply do not have enough complaints to need a "formal procedure". We just do the right thing and everybody is happy (in most cases).

21. What would be your response if it were reported to you that one of your profiled-clients had defrauded someone out of money?
Delete her profile and then look into the issue. There are too many honest ladies who want to be on our site. It is not worth risking someone being ripped off to keep a profile on the site until the story is verified.

22. How would you describe your role or involvement in the relationship between your foreign correspondent-clients and your profiled-clients?
Mainly keeping the male client "grounded" in reality, keeping an honest "playing field" and letting nature take it's course.
